Jeffrey L. Le Pere, Esq. — California RV & Auto Lemon Law Attorney
When you hire our firm, you work directly with attorneys who know the lemon law inside and out — because they've sat on both sides of the table.

Jeff Le Pere is one of a handful of attorneys in California who has dedicated his career to RV lemon law. What makes him truly unique is his 11 years representing the other side — defending manufacturers and dealerships including Toyota, Honda, DaimlerChrysler, Porsche, General Motors, Fleetwood Enterprises, and Winnebago Industries.
That defense-side experience gives Jeff an unmatched strategic advantage. He knows exactly what manufacturers look for, what arguments they use, and where they're vulnerable. In 2006, Porsche Cars of North America invited him to speak and train its service managers throughout the Western Region on how to avoid lemon law liability.
Jeff earned his undergraduate degree at UC Irvine, a Master's in International Human Rights from Simon Greenleaf University (now Trinity Law School), and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego. He has worked alongside some of the most influential consumer fraud and lemon law attorneys in California, including Hallen Rosner.
When Jeff founded his own firm, his mission was clear: provide the personal attention of a boutique practice with the aggressive tactics needed to get real results. Every client works directly with Jeff — not a case manager, not a paralegal.
