Jeffrey L. Le Pere
I did my undergraduate degree at the University of California, Irvine. I then earned a Master’s Degree from Simon Greenleaf University (currently known as Trinity Law School) in International Human Rights. I earned my law degree from University of San Diego.
I have worked for one of the most influential consumer fraud and lemon law firms in the state, working directly with Hallen Rosner. I have also worked at one of the large lemon law mill firms in Los Angeles. Learning from these experiences, I want this firm to be in the position to provide personal experience for our clients while providing aggressive tactics to get the best results. I want to work with our clients to figure out the best strategy for your case.
My experience includes 11 years of representing manufacturers and dealerships. Manufacturers that I represented included Toyota Motors Sales, American Honda Motor Co, DaimlerChrysler LLC, Porsche Cars of North America, General Motors. My experience also includes representing recreational vehicle manufacturers Fleetwood Enterprises Inc, and Winnebago Industries. In 2006, Porsche Cars of North America invited me to speak and train its service managers and other personnel throughout the Western Region of the United States on the lemon law, and how to avoid liability.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and taking the Jeep out. I also enjoy skiing and travel.

Rebecca Leah Schaerer
Rebecca Schaerer was born and raised in San Diego, California. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine in 2005. In 2008, she graduated from Southwestern Law School in the top thirty percent of her class and was admitted to the California State Bar. Rebecca went on to provide clients with legal representation for both litigation and transactional matters for over a decade.
Rebecca’s desire to help people led her to law school and ultimately to The Law Offices of Jeffrey L. Le Pere, where she feels privileged to advocate for clients seeking remedy for their defective vehicles pursuant to the consumer protection laws. Motor vehicles are one of the largest purchases people make, and unreliable vehicles cause significant disruption in consumers’ lives.
Since joining The Law Offices of Jeffrey L. Le Pere in 2023, Rebecca has successfully handled numerous consumer protection cases against auto manufacturers and dealers from case inception through recovery of rightfully owed settlement funds.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys CrossFit, traveling, hiking, and adventuring with her husband and three children.
